Biography
Jeffrey S. Lynch is an extremely versatile trial attorney with significant trial and business experience in his over 45 years of client representation. The clients that he has represented have included Fortune 500 companies, well known international corporations, professional athletes and individuals that have suffered catastrophic harm, injury or death. During his career, he has tried over 300 complex cases to a jury verdict, numerous bench trials and handled over 40 appeals in both state and federal court. He has represented clients on both sides of the docket in major trials involving wrongful death, business disputes, transportation, oil and gas, securities fraud, product liability, bet - the - company disputes, probate, bankruptcy, major family law disputes, white collar crime and professional malpractice (both legal and medical). Although located in Dallas, he has tried cases and handled litigation in numerous jurisdictions including Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, and New Mexico.
Jeffrey is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas. Jeffrey is a member of American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), where he holds the highest designation of Diplomate. Jeffrey is also Board Certified as a Civil and Personal Injury Trial Attorney by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been for the past 38 years. He has multiple verdicts and settlements exceeding $1 million and has the distinction of obtaining one of the largest premises liability jury verdicts in the state of Texas. He has been named and designated as a Super Lawyer and a Bar Register Preeminent Lawyer.
Jeffrey is considered by his colleagues to be a formidable opponent and trial lawyer. He has been a frequent speaker on litigation topics, NITA teaching instructor and an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at Dedman School of Law, Southern Methodist University.
